Ginabelle & Tonic: Perfect Serve
- 5cl Ginabelle
- 20cl Tonic Water
- Garnish: Touch of orange and white grapes
Fill a large balloon glass with ice, let it cool and remove excess water. Add 5cl of Ginabelle, top with tonic water and stir carefully. Garnish perfuming with a touch of orange and add a grape.
- 6 cl Ginabelle
- 2 cl Lime juice
- 1 cl Soda or Albariño wine
- 2 tea spoons of white sugar
- Garnish: white grapes
Directly in a short glass, we serve the grapes, sugar, lime and smash them. Add Ginabelle and fill with crushed ice.
Add soda or wine and stir.
Garnish with lime and grapes.
- 6cl Ginabelle
- 2 teaspoons of red fruits tea
- 20cl Tonic Water
- Garnish: red fruits and orange
Infuse the tea in Ginabelle at your own will.
Fill a large ballon glass with ice, let it cool and remove excess water.
Fine strain the infusion into the ballon glass and carefully add tonic.
Garnish with the red fruits and orange.
- 3 cl Ginabelle
- 3 cl Vermut Red
- 3 cl Campari
- Garnish: Orange peel, slice of orange
- Optional: Orange air
Serve directly in a short glass the ingredients, ice, stir to cool. Garnish with orange slice and flavor with a touch of orange.
For the air:
In a bowl combine ½ teaspoon soy lecithin, the juice of an orange, a tonic and beat to get an air texture.
